How my
journey began
I invested $20,000 in education during my real estate journey, which coincided with the onset of the COVID-19 crash. A college professor once told me ‘The most expensive thing you will ever pay for is experience’ and he was right. Just as I was working on multiple housing projects, the world shut down. Although it was a significant setback, it turned out to be the turning point I needed. This experience led me to seek guidance from seasoned advisors who helped me navigate the post-COVID world we were entering. Now, I take great pleasure in assisting others in their pursuit of wealth-building, whether through passive or active means.

THE START
I grew up in an entrepreneurial household, raised by parents who instilled in me the values of hard work, no excuses, and treating people well. From a young age, I was exposed to various interests, including aviation, electronics, sports, and even pursuing a career in music. I was always fascinated by the prospect of building new businesses and, more importantly, involving our loved ones so they too could experience a life free from the constraints of a traditional 9-to-5 job, if they so desired. Initially following my own whimsical passions, I eventually heeded my father's advice and became licensed in aviation. I joined my family's aviation business in Houston, Texas, and further developed my skills as a commercial aviation emergency technician, traveling worldwide to repair grounded aircraft.
THE JOURNEY
During my journey, I had the opportunity to meet people from all around the world. One of my good friends asked me why I wasn't involved in real estate. Until then, I had never considered it and didn't even know what it meant to be "into real estate." Intrigued, I decided to invest in myself and learn more about the real estate industry. I sought coaching and worked hard to gain knowledge and experience.
As I progressed, I realized that I wanted to assist others in getting educated about real estate and help investors reach the finish line in their deals. It became my passion to support and guide others on their real estate journeys.
